Twelve month warranty†
If your glasses or prescription sunglasses are found to be defective, we will repair or replace them up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
†Conditions: The Budget Eyewear is subject to proof of purchase and product return. It is only available once within 12 months from original purchase date of complete pairs (frame and prescription lenses). Does not cover loss or theft. Warranty: certain brands provide extended warranty periods of up to 3 years from date of purchase.
Prescription Alterations
If you have a prescription change within 4 weeks from date of purchase we will provide and fit new lenses FREE of charge.
Care for your glasses
We will happily provide FREE cleaning, adjustment and servicing for the lifetime of your glasses.
Contact lenses
If you're recommended an alteration to your initial prescription within 4 weeks of purchase you can exchange them for FREE. And if they are more expensive, we will also take the cost of your original lenses off the price of your new lenses.
If you're recommended to discontinue use due to intolerance of conventional contact lenses, we'll refund the cost of the lenses within 4 weeks of purchase.
